Adam Bylicki knows the power of a great lobster roll. He grew up in Massachusetts and started a love affair at an early age with the rich, mellow flavors of lobster on a soft, sweet bun.
Memories of the New England way of serving up a lobster roll remained with Adam long after he left the East coast. He was determined to bring the same experience to his adopted city of San Antonio after retirement from the U.S. Army and global security services jobs. The first Masshole Lobster Truck rolled onto the streets in 2020 to satisfy a craving for a true dining experience.
Now, Adam and his team want to share the love of lobster prepared the right way with people of all ages in every community across the country. What started as one truck and a guy with a strong belief in hard work, customer service and quality food preparation now serves up an enticing opportunity for franchise owners like you.
